Pain Management Medical Director
Medical Director of MAT Program
Dr. Samantha Neuwirth attended her undergraduate training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She moved on to the University of Chicago; a top ten ranked medical school. She completed her residency in Anesthesia and further fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Neuwirth provides services to both our clinic locations. She performs initial intake appointments, follow-up visits, injection therapy, and offers additional options for our patient’s pain control.


Katherine Brown-Casteel, D.C.
Dr. Katie Brown-Casteel joined The Caring Healthcare Network in January 2018. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelors in Science. Palmer College of Chiropractic is the fountainhead of chiropractic colleges. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Katie was involved in the Pediatric Club, took extracurricular seminars, worked out at the gym, adjusted at the Community Outreach program, and spent time in Brazil for the Clinic Abroad program. Dr. Katie has been practicing chiropractic in the Philipsburg community since her preceptorship in 2013. She sees patients for pain management and patients of all ages for treatments ranging from sports injuries, car accidents, work-related injuries, and overall wellness. She is very knowledgeable about living a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices. Dr. Katie enjoys doing her continuing education courses specializing in neurology, radiology, nutrition, and pain management. Outside of work, Dr. Katie is a mom of two young sons, an adorable boxer dog named Stella, and married to a chiropractor she met while in school. As a family, they love spending time together.

Nicole Baney, CRNP
Nicole Baney joined The Caring Healthcare Network in 2023 and is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). She received her nursing degree from Penn State University in 2009 and her master’s degree from Maryville University of St. Louis in 2021. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before joining our team, Nicole worked for 10 years at the James E Van Zandt VAMC in Altoona. She was with Home Based Primary Care for just over 9 years of that time and the Community Living Center before that. Nicole works with both primary care and interventional pain management patients.

Patricia Clouser, LCSW
Patty Clouser completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University and achieved her Master’s in Social Work degree from Temple University in 2012. She has experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and the impact of trauma in their lives. Patty strives to support patients toward overall wellness of body, mind, and spirit. She also has experience working with individuals involved with the criminal justice system who have substance abuse problems that have impacted their Mental Health.

Tiffany Cragan, CRNP
Tiffany Cragan is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree as a Registered Nurse at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, and her Psychiatric Mental Health New Practitioner certification at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before attending school for her master’s degree, Tiffany worked as a Registered Nurse at Conemaugh Hospital for six years, receiving experience in many specialties as a float nurse. After receiving her master’s degree, she worked in rheumatology for two years. Tiffany also works with hospice, providing face-to-face encounters and a medical center providing clinical assessments. Tiffany became a part of The Caring Healthcare Network in 2019. She works with both mental behavioral health and interventional pain management patients.

Natalia McCliment is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) at The Caring Healthcare Network. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral health from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015 and her master’s degree in health sciences with a certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University in 2019. Natalia primarily specializes in psychiatry and has worked in this field for over three years. She has experience working with individuals, from 18 years of age and older, who struggle with a wide array of diagnoses including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, substance abuse, and personality disorders. Natalia became a part of The Caring Healthcare Network in 2022 and is looking forward to helping her patients improve their mental health and well-being.

MAT Program Director
Nicole joined The Caring Healthcare Network in June of 2022. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus in Children and Youth and Graduated from Walden University in 2022 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. She is pursuing Certification in Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counseling as well as working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Nicole brings many years of experience to The Caring Healthcare Network in the area of Drug and Alcohol in both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Nicole believes that people struggling with substance abuse do not have to live with the stigma of addiction. She believes they deserve the very best care to begin their recovery.

Adam Paronish, CRNP
Adam Paronish is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Adam worked as a Registered Nurse for approximately twelve years, focusing on telemetry and progressive care. He received his bachelor’s degree from Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania. He then attended Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where he received his master’s degree, specializing in Family Medicine. He is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Adam joined The Caring Healthcare Network in July of 2019, and his primary focus is Interventional Pain Management.

Aretta has 16 years of experience as a RN. After graduating from Lock Haven University, Aretta went on to get her BSN from Clarion University. She has worked in many different fields during her time as a RN with a variety of experiences. Aretta completed her MSN through Bloomsburg University, and she completed her board certification through Pennsylvania for her FNP.
Aretta has worked in women’s health (OB/GYN) for 6 years caring for women in our area across their life span. She has also worked in addiction medicine (MAT) for 4 years. Aretta believes women’s care is very important as women sometimes put their health on the back burner. She is hoping to help women to realize their care is important too, and enables them to care for their family members.

Emily Warrick, DNP-CRNP
Emily has been with the company since June 2018. She has 25 years of experience as an RN. After graduating from the Altoona Hospital School of Nursing, Emily went on to get her BSN from Mount Aloysius College. She has worked in many different fields with a variety of experiences. She recently graduated from Spring Arbor University as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in pain management and primary care.

Casey Wesdock, LCSW
Casey Wesdock graduated from Penn State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. She then went on to work in the Drug and Alcohol field for several years, which included various roles from Outpatient Counseling and Case Management, to working with the MAT population. In 2011 Casey enrolled at Temple University for a Master’s in Social Work, from which she graduated in 2014 and subsequently completed 3000 hours of clinical supervision toward obtainment of her Clinical Licensure. Prior to joining CHN she owned a solo Private Practice from 2018-2021 that was located in Clearfield, PA – named Sage Counseling Services LLC – where she specialized in Family Therapy and Co Parent Facilitation. Casey joined The Caring Healthcare Network in February 2021.
