Dr. Kelly Snyder, DO
Medical Director
Women’s Health
 
Kelly Snyder started at the Caring Healthcare Network in 2023. She was involved in women’s health since 2009 working full-time for 13 years specializing in incontinence and menopause before deciding to take some time away to focus on her family. She joined The Caring Healthcare Network as the Medical Director supervising mid-level providers as well as providing limited services for women’s health.

Katherine Brown-Casteel, D.C.

Dr. Katie Brown-Casteel joined The Caring Healthcare Network in January 2018. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic and a second Bachelor’s degree in Science. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Katie was involved in the Pediatric Club, took many extracurricular seminars, saw patients at the Community Outreach program, and spent time in Brazil for the Clinic Abroad program, and worked as a student tutor in the Student Study Center. Dr. Katie has been practicing chiropractic in the Philipsburg community since her preceptorship in 2013. She sees patients not only for pain management, but patients of all ages for treatments ranging from sports injuries, car accidents, work-related injuries, and overall wellness. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Katie enjoys doing her continuing education courses specializing in neurology, radiology, nutrition, pediatrics, geriatrics, and pain management.

Nicole Baney, CRNP

Nicole Baney joined The Caring Healthcare Network in 2023 and is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). She received her nursing degree from Penn State University in 2009 and her master’s degree from Maryville University of St. Louis in 2021. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before joining our team, Nicole worked for 10 years at the James E Van Zandt VAMC in Altoona. She was with Home Based Primary Care for just over 9 years of that time and the Community Living Center before that. Nicole works with both primary care and pain management patients.  

Cheree Brown, CRNP-BC

Cheree Brown, is a  dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. With a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and a second Bachelor’s in Nursing from Penn State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, Cheree brings a strong educational foundation to our practice. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has over six years of experience in EMS as a Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse, complemented by various critical care training certifications, a passion for EMS education, and a diverse background in healthcare as a registered nurse. Her experience as a registered nurse encompasses Labor and Delivery, Hospice, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, and Gynecology. This extensive experience equips her to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, provide specialized diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, all grounded in empathy and top-tier care.

I’m Committed to staying current with the latest advancements in women’s health and integrating this knowledge into my practice. Dedicated to addressing a wide spectrum of women’s health issues and contributing to improved physical and mental health outcomes for my patients.”

With becoming a mother herself it has deepened Cheree’s commitment to empowering women in the community through tailored healthcare services. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and nurturing her passion for patient care.  Looking ahead, she plans to expand her services to include lactation consultations and obstetrical care, further enriching the support she provides.

Thrilled to embark on her journey as an advanced practice provider, Cheree is passionate about making a positive impact on women’s health and well-being in the community.

Patricia Clouser, LCSW

Patty Clouser completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University and achieved her Master’s in Social Work degree from Temple University in 2012. She has experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and the impact of trauma in their lives. Patty strives to support patients toward overall wellness of body, mind, and spirit. She also has experience working with individuals involved with the criminal justice system who have substance abuse problems that have impacted their Mental Health.

Tiffany Cragan, PMHNP-FNP

Tiffany Cragan is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree as a Registered Nurse at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, and her Psychiatric Mental Health New Practitioner certification at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before attending school for her master’s degree, Tiffany worked as a Registered Nurse at Conemaugh Hospital for six years, receiving experience in many specialties as a float nurse. After receiving her master’s degree, she worked in rheumatology for two years. Tiffany also works with hospice, providing face-to-face encounters and a medical center providing clinical assessments. Tiffany became a part of The Caring Healthcare Network in 2019. She works with both mental behavioral health and pain management patients.

Natalia McCliment, PA-C

Natalia McCliment is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) at The Caring Healthcare Network. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral health from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015 and her master’s degree in health sciences with a certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University in 2019. Natalia primarily specializes in psychiatry and has worked in this field for over three years. She has experience working with individuals, from 18 years of age and older,  who struggle with a wide array of diagnoses including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, substance abuse, and personality disorders.   Natalia became a part of The Caring Healthcare Network in 2022 and is looking forward to helping her patients improve their mental health and well-being.  

Melissa Michael, CRNP

Melissa is a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP). She received her bachelor of nursing degree from Clarion University in 2002 and her Master’s degree from Clarion University in 2011. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before joining our team, Melissa worked in several specialty areas: mental health, women’s health, neurology and pediatrics and at a skilled nursing facility. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she worked in an adult inpatient mental health facility for almost 10 years.

She works with both mental health, pain management and in our medication assisted treatment (MAT) program.

Nicole Merrick, CAADC / LPC

MAT Program Director

Nicole joined The Caring Healthcare Network in June of 2022. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus in Children and Youth and Graduated from Walden University in 2022 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. Nicole obtained her certification in CAADC and is now a Licensed Professional Counselor. Nicole brings many years of experience to The Caring Healthcare Network in the area of Drug and Alcohol in both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Nicole believes that people struggling with substance abuse do not have to live with the stigma of addiction. She believes they deserve the very best care to begin their recovery.

Adam Paronish, CRNP

Adam Paronish is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Adam worked as a Registered Nurse for approximately twelve years, focusing on telemetry and progressive care. He received his bachelor’s degree from Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania. He then attended Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where he received his master’s degree, specializing in Family Medicine. He is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Adam joined The Caring Healthcare Network in July of 2019, and his primary focus is Pain Management.

Suzi Shero, CRNP
 
Suzi Shero is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who recently joined The Caring HealthCare Network in 2025 focusing on women’s health. Her primary goal is to treat the immediate needs of every woman with compassion and competent care. Suzi comes to us with more than two decades of nursing experience focused on obstetrics and gynecology. She received her Nursing degree from Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree, in Family Medicine, at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Her dedication to gaining knowledge and her ability to share this clinically is an immeasurable benefit to all women. In addition to her kind, open, professional, and friendly approach, you will certainly experience the comfort of her knowledge and care.

Casey Wesdock, LCSW

Casey Wesdock graduated from Penn State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. She then went on to work in the Drug and Alcohol field for several years, which included various roles from Outpatient Counseling and Case Management, to working with the MAT population. In 2011 Casey enrolled at Temple University for a Master’s in Social Work, from which she graduated in 2014 and subsequently completed 3000 hours of clinical supervision toward obtainment of her Clinical Licensure. Prior to joining CHN she owned a solo Private Practice from 2018-2021 that was located in Clearfield, PA – named Sage Counseling Services LLC – where she specialized in Family Therapy and Co Parent Facilitation. Casey joined The Caring Healthcare Network in February 2021.
