Samantha Neuwirth, MD
Pain Management Medical Director
Dr. Neuwirth provides services to our clinic several days a month. She performs follow-up visits, injection therapy and offers additional options for our patient’s pain control. Dr. Neuwirth is Board Eligible in Anesthesia. Dr. Neuwirth attended her undergraduate training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From there she moved on to the University of Chicago, a top ten ranked medical school. She completed her residency in anesthesia and further fellowship training in interventional pain management at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Tiffany Fetterman, CRNP
Behavioral Health / Pain Management
Tiffany Fetterman is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Tiffany received her bachelor's degree as a Registered Nurse at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA and her master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to attending school for her master's degree, Tiffany worked as a Registered Nurse at Conemaugh Hospital for six years, receiving experience in a vast amount of specialties as a float nurse. After receiving her Master's degree, she worked in Rheumatology for two years. Tiffany also works with Hospice, providing face-to-face encounters and with a medical center providing clinical assessments. Tiffany became a part of The Caring Healthcare Network in 2019 and works with both behavioral health and pain management.
Adam Paronish, CRNP
Adam Paronish is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. He received his bachelor's degree from Mount Aloysius College and his master's degree from Chamberlain University. Adam worked as a registered nurse in telemetry and progressive care for approximately 11 years. Adam joined The Caring Healthcare Network in July of 2019.
Melissa Michaels, CRNP
Behavioral Health / Pain Management
Melissa is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Clarion University in 2011. She brings experience in Pediatrics, Women's Health, Neurology, Oncology, and Behavioral Health. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner she worked as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient mental health unit.
Emily Warrick, CRNP

Emily has been with the company since June 2018. She has 23 years of experience as an RN. After graduating from the Altoona Hospital School of Nursing, she went on to get her BSN from Mount Aloysius College and then recently graduated from Spring Harbor University as a CRNP.
Brittany Brewer, CRNP
Primary Care / Pain Management
Brittany Brewer is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Brittany received her nursing degree as a Registered Nurse from Conemaugh School of Nursing in Johnstown, PA and her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University in Boston, MA. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to attending school for her master’s degree, Brittany worked as a Registered Nurse at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for seven years, where she accumulated a great deal of experience on a medical-surgical inpatient unit. Brittany became a part of The Caring Healthcare Network in 2020 and works with both primary care and pain management patients.
Patricia Clouser, LCSW
Patricia Clouser is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; she received her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and her Master of Social Work Degree from Temple University. While at Temple she was awarded the Deborah Harris Memorial Prize for her dedication to change in the Criminal Justice System. She has a history of working with individuals who have drug and alcohol concerns, a history of trauma and/or interaction with the Criminal Justice System. Prior to college enrollment Patty worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Ashley Buck , LCSW
Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in infant and child development from Pennsylvania State University. She also has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University. Ashley worked in a variety of different settings as a social worker and therapist, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, forensic social work, outpatient therapy, and residential substance use disorder rehabilitation. Her most recent position was as clinical director of a substance use disorder facility with services ranging from detoxification/medically monitored withdrawal to residential treatment to outpatient and intensive outpatient services. She is a licensed clinical social worker and received training in grief counseling as well as dialectical behavior therapy and currently pursuing a certification for advanced alcohol and drug counseling. In Ashley's spare time she likes to hike, garden, read, and spend time with her son and two dogs.
Mary Barton, CRNP
Mary Barton started with CHN on April 12, 2021 as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started out in the nursing profession after graduating with an Associate's degree in Nursing from Mount Aloysius College in 1995. She eventually went back to school for my BSN graduating in 2012. After many years of various experiences as a nurse, Mary decided to pursue a career as a mental health professional. Mary graduated with her MSN Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in May 2018 from Eastern Kentucky University. Her goal is to provide compassionate, empathetic, and quality care to people suffering from mental illness.

Dr. Conly provides Family Medicine services for the Caring Health Network. He joined CHN in 2013. Dr. Conly earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA., and he completed his internship at Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bryn Mawr, PA.
Mary Whitehead, CRNP
Mary joined our practice in 2016 providing services as a Primary Care Provider. She recently serviced the local school districts as a school nurse for many years. After completing her certification as a CRNP, she joined the Caring Healthcare Network.

Dr. Feaster provides psychiatric services several days a month for the Caring Healthcare Network. He is Board Certified in General Psychiatry. Dr. Feaster received his MD at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and has been practicing since 2001.
Dr. Katherine Casteel
Dr. Katie Casteel joined the Caring Healthcare Network in January 2018. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelors in Science. Dr. Katie has been practicing chiropractic in the Philipsburg community for over six years. She not only sees patients for pain management, but patients of all ages for treatments ranging from sports injuries, car accidents, work injuries, and wellness. She also is very knowledgeable in holistic medicine and living a healthy lifestyle. Since graduating, Dr. Casteel has taken continuing education courses specializing in pediatric chiropractic care, animal chiropractic care, sports medicine and nutrition.
Sarah began with The Caring Healthcare Network in 2014 when we were just getting started. She has enjoyed working with the local community and expanding/ creating a multi-specialty clinic that provides a variety of services and she continues to share the passion and expanded vision of our CEO. Sarah currently work in the billing department and all the challenges that creates and presents although she enjoys her work with this company and our patients. Her hobby outside of work is baking cupcakes and providing these tidbits of delight for all occasions. Always a joy to bring a smile with a cupcake!
Human Resources Specialist
Tammy started in November 2020 as the HR Specialist, working in both office locations. She brings 30 years of administration and payroll experience to the organization, primarily in the healthcare environment while working with hospitals, EMS and chiropractic facilities. Tammy has one son, who she believes is her greatest accomplishment. When she is not spending time with family and friends, she enjoys being outdoors and reading.
Sandy has worked for The Caring Health Network for 5 years on August 22nd. She brings 33 years of Healthcare experience with her. Sandy manages the Front Office, and oversees the running of the Philipsburg Office.
Brooke started this week at The Caring Healthcare Network in January 2021. She is our Billing Specialist on-site at the Philipsburg clinic. Brooke has 8 years of billing experience and 10 years total in healthcare. Health and fitness are important to her and she enjoys working out. The rest of Brooke's free time consists of spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and most importantly their German Shepherd, Otto.

Kalena Taylor has been with The Caring Healthcare Network since August 2020. She graduated from Lock Haven University in 2017 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Public and Community Health. She brings three years of healthcare experience with her. She works the front office at the Philipsburg location.

Breana has been with The Caring Healthcare Network since January 2020. She is working at the front desk at the Philipsburg location. Breana went to west branch area school district. Her hobbies outside of work include coaching volleyball and going to the gym.
Bethany Jasper, RT
Radiologic Technician & Nursing Manager
Bethany joined the Caring Healthcare Network in 2018. Bethany is a US Air Force veteran. She has 20 years of experience in the radiology field including, routine x-ray, fluoroscopy procedures and CT scan. Bethany also does lab draws, IV starts and EKG. She is skilled in all aspects of medical assisting.
Melody Clark, LPN
Back Office support
Melody Clark is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has been with us since August 2018. She graduated from the Clearfield County Career and Tech Center in 1993 as an LPN. With many years of experience as a nurse, she started her career working hospice and nursing home facilities. Melody then went on to work in family practice and OB/GYN before coming to work at CHN. Her three greatest jobs are being a wife, mother, and a nurse.
Jessica Betts has been with The Caring Healthcare Network since November 2018. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2017 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Science. She oversees the laboratory in the Philipsburg office.
Nicole graduated from the University of Pikeville in May of 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Biology and recently completed her Associates of Science in August of 2020. She started working for the Caring Healthcare Network on December 7, 2020 as lab technician. In Nicole's spare time she loves to be outdoors hiking or kayaking, traveling as much as possible, and spending time with her pups!
Marissa joined The Caring Healthcare Network in June 2021 as a lab technician. She graduated from Medaille College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in May of 2021. She is excited to join this team and further her experience in the laboratory setting. Outside of work she enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends, and spending time with her pets!
